1997
Establishment of SA Paper Mills (Pty) Ltd
- Sourced two paper-making machines from Germany.
- Installed machines in Durban, leading to the birth of South African Paper Mills (Pty) Ltd in 1997.
- Production of recycled paper commenced in 1998.
- Producing paper for wrapping, packaging, exercise book covers, corrugated boxes, toilet roll cores, envelopes, etc.
1999
Establishment of S A Waste Paper
- Mrs Madaree opened SA Waste Paper, a waste paper collection company.
- Supplied waste paper to South African Paper Mills (Pty) Ltd.
2004-2012
Expansion to Richards Bay
- Purchased a paper mill in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal.
- Operations expanded to Richards Bay, serving the local community and beyond.
- Ran the paper mill in Richards Bay for eight years.
2013
Moved Business to Durban
- Moved the paper mill from Richards Bay to Durban.
